Mindfulness Day. Practice of Mindfulness will be held on Sunday the 17th of this month from 7.00am to 3.00pm Breakfast and Lunch will be provided. This is the great opportunity for those who are interested in meditation. Maintenance of Noble silence is the profound nature of the vicinity. This outer surrounding will help practitioners to improve and develop their own capacity of mindfulness.
