Practicing MINDFULNESS is very important fact which profoundly helps everyone to reduce their stress level and to get rid of unwholesome emotions.
Practicing MINDFULNESS enormously helps us to recharge our spiritual energy which naturally drains due to day to day busy schedule.
MINDFULNESS DAY (Meditation Programme) will be held on Sunday the 16th of June 2019 from 7.00 am to 3.00 pm
