Mindfulness Day (Meditation) for Adults

Stress, Distress, Frustration, depression and many more mental afflictions are full in lives.
Meditation definitely will helps to dispel those burdens.
Programme will be held on Sunday the 19th of this month from 7.00 am to 3.00 pm
